Critical: QualityTo say that this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement. Let’s start from day 1 of a 3 night stay for a wedding. First of all the room smelled- ok I’ll say they were cleaning. Second they decide to varnish the banisters the entire hallway smelled and when you walked into the room it smelled of varnish. I don’t think that’s healthy and I’m in the medical profession. There was no iron no blow drier and one of the outlets did not work. Also refrigerator was dirty Service was extremely slow. We waited 45 minutes to get our breakfast. I understand staffing is at a low critical but… they were in transition of changing hands so computers did not work for staff. Could not pay credit and it could not be charged to room due to computer issues. Finally, I think the walls were full of mold and someone threw up in front of my room to which it was never cleaned up. I understand issues. But I paid the requested room charge and was not given what was promise. Unless you want the same. I recommend you stay elsewhere. Top shelf rates for low rate hotel. To say that this was a very disappointing stay is an understatement. Let’s start from day 1 of a 3 night stay for a wedding. First of all the room smelled- ok I’ll say they were cleaning. The staff was nice and professional, and the valet personnel is top notch. However, never could get a luggage cart because a wedding had them all tied up and the whole place smelled like marijuana. Did not really want a contact high the whole time I was there.

The staff at Bliss are excellent. There was a small error made with my booking and Loraine the manager and Amber were exceptional at ensuring that I had a great spa experience.
