Booked an hour Swedish massage with Jess. It was my first professional massage ever. The atmosphere was very relaxing and inviting. Jess was extremely friendly and her hands are absolute magic. My husband and I are regulars for couples massage service. The atmosphere and massages are wonderful! The most comfortable beds and nice heat! Soo relaxed after leaving. Looking forward to it in a couple of days actually!! Prices may be on the high average but the luxuries are worth it.

I had never been to Hotel Florence or its spa before but needless to say I’ll definitely be back! I had a 90 minute massage and a 60 minute facial with Carolyn who was professional, personable, thoughtful and she knows her stuff! One of the most relaxing experiences I’ve had in a long time.
