The sprawling spa retreat features 23 treatment rooms, including a deluxe couples suite, complete with in-room Jacuzzi and fireplace, and an all-encompassing menu of customized spa and salon services which include skincare, massage and body treatments as well as nail care, makeup artistry and hair design. Amenities include individual flat-screen televisions that grace the cutting-edge manicure stations and pedicure chairs, both an in-spa retail and makeup department, a hair styling area and separate female and male “wet zones” complete with steam room, sauna and Jacuzzi pool surrounding a fireplace.

Beautiful, large, quite a bit of a walk to get to. Once you arrive your treated nicely by front desk clerk. The clerk will take you back into the locker room where you’ll receive your warm robe, and rubber sandals. They offer large lockers with keypad. The restroom is huge lots of showers that offer shampoo and conditioner, razors, q tips, lotion, hair spray, tampons. If you have a treatment you can arrive early or stay after. They have a private dimly lit jacuzzi with working fireplace, steam room, sauna, relaxation chairs. They offer a variety of complimentary refreshments including pretzels, oranges, apples, butter cookies, cucumber water, and tea. My massage therapist was very nice. She did an incredible job making me feel relaxed, spent time on my legs, arms, lower back, neck, shoulders, and a skull massage. You are given a selection of essential oils to choose from for aroma therapy. I chose grapefruit. She used hot compresses, the pressure was just right, and I was guided into a complete state of relaxation. Her lotions were magical, nourishing, and luxuriously silky. My skin drank it up. After my 50 minute essential massage I spent a couple hours soaking up all the private access. Was glad I was given pool passes. I was upset that the time went by so quickly and it left me wishing I was wealthy so I could afford to go everyday. Regardless I was a happy customer. The price was a bit high, plus tip. But worth every second. Highly recommended.

During my experience, I was not provided with a massage but rather a lotion rub. I routinely get massages, and this was the best-looking facility with all gadgets, but the technician lacked skills to perform a basic massage. The use of all the heating gadgets was unnecessary when you’re on a heated bed. I would rather have a basic facility with a good therapist. I caution people to ask about the process and describe the technique

It’s lovely if you can get your service in a timely fashion. No one lives in Harrah’s. We go there only for a few days. My only negative is that they are understaffed. 1-They have been without a hair stylist for a very long time. 2-No manicurist on alternate Sundays. 3-It is difficult to get through by phone when they are open. 3-If you leave a voicemail when they’re closed, they don’t get back to you. Such a shame! I’d like to use this facility more often during my visits.

Wow! Great spa experience. I was warmly welcomed, and promptly escorted to the female side of the spa. I was handed off to the next spa attendant who gave me a quick tour. I changed into a very comfortable robe, and waited in a nice cozy relaxation room. Maria arrived right on time for my massage. She was pleasant and attentive. My massage was wonderful.

I booked my reservations online. Upon arrival we were greeted by a rude receptionist who mentioned they couldn’t accommodate our online request. After further discussion she somehow made a way to honor my online request but then rushed us through the process so they can attend to the other clients. Overall the massage was decent but rushed. Not to mention, All the amenities they offerred after the massage will be done alone because the venue separates you from your partner during the relaxation time with offers a stream room, sauna, and jacuzzi. We will not be returning!!

my service w Mia was outstanding! unfortunately the checkout process was disappointing. our services were almost 500.00. we had GC from the Myan Spa (previous name) Olivia was quite unfriendly. with a “no that company filed bankruptcy” why as a customer do i need to know that? its was only 60.00 GC. my suggestion…olivia may be better suited for a non customer facing role. she ruined what was an amazing experience with her cold unfriendly attitude. we left saying well go to the Ocean Casino next time.
