Enjoyed my birthday at the Four Seasons Spa. Had a very relaxing day-purchased the $100 day package to use the hotel pool and beach all day. The spa is breathtaking-amazing features-they spend a lot of time with their details-snacks are on point-the showers are amazing-whirlpool is fantastic as are the steam rooms. The massage (deep tissue) was wonderful. The staff is excellent and extremely friendly and helpful. The only negative-I did pay the $100 upgrade for a day of use of the pool and private beach-and it poured rain all afternoon-so I wasn’t able to partake in those activities after the massage-I feel they should have refunded half of the fee since I only used the pool and beach an hour before my massage time and it rained the whole afternoon-

I had the pleasure of getting a spa facial treatment from Angela at the Four Seasons Palm Beach. Angela did the most incredible job, and she is extremely kind, caring, and respectful to her clients. She goes the extra mile to ensure the needs of her clients are met 🙂 I have never been more pleased with a service at a spa before, and I will definitely be back to the Four Seasons so that Angela can do another facial. The spa is also extremely clean, everyone that works there is very helpful, and the atmosphere is perfect. I would recommend a treatment with Angela to anyone!

I had the opportunity to have a spa treatment at the four seasons this past Labor Day weekend. I had a body treatment. It was a bit disappointing to me. As I’ve had scrubs in the past. This one wasn’t quite as relaxing as the others. The lady was real nice. The application of the scrub wasn’t fluid as I’ve had in the past. I felt like my mom was hurrying up, scrubbing me down abruptly and in a hurry to send me outside to play. Then once the scrub was finished the lights came on and I was told to get up and shower lol after the shower you lay back down and they apply Shea butter on you. The massage was relaxing but quick. I wouldn’t recommend this particular service. All of the other ladies in the group I was in said the massages were awesome so next time it will be a massage for me. I even left with salt all over me. I guess I didn’t shower enough. I didn’t have the heart to say anything. But does the amount spent I probably should have. I would suggest you do a scrub when they have a Vichy shower that way you don’t have to be disturbed so much!

The service and staff here are top notch and worthy of five stars. From the moment you are greeted and the escorted to the facilities everyone is welcoming. I thought the facilities were great but not enough options if it gets a little busy. There is one whirlpool and sauna which were amazing along with the car wash showers you can use all day. They have a relaxing waiting area with fruit, nuts, berries, water etc. I did not enjoy my massage. I thought the area and room were not relaxing due to hearing the hallway noise. The ocean bliss massage was not the relaxing stress relief I signed up for. It was too harsh with too much pressure on my neck arms and back.
