My husband and I love the Four Seasons. The spa is a great experience. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. They really cater to our needs. We are so grateful for such great service.

I had a massage that was wonderful. The day of your massage you can sit by the pool enjoy snacks take a swim or use the hot tub. Outside of the hot tub there is a garden where you can relax in private. It’s a wonderful experience..

The Spa at Four Seasons Westlake is incredible. The staff is very professional and kind. There’s plenty of space, the locker rooms are nice, and you can use the pool/other facilities during your time there.

Massage from Felicia was 10/10. Seems like they’re under new management as I’ve been here many times and things were definitely different this time. We reserved a suite for the day and at first, there weren’t many attendants to help us and those who were helping us were arguing that we couldn’t have our food in the suite, it had to be in the cabana, they couldn’t bring more chaise lounges or umbrellas in, etc. After a while they finally loosened up and let us eat and sit where we’d like. Love that you can use all the spa amenities with a service. Overall 4/5 experience.

I was a little skeptical since hotel spas are usually generic but this place is truly special! I had the best massage in a little room with its own garden outside.. the open doors made me feel like I was actually in a garden on a padded heated table getting what I can honestly say was the best massage I have ever had (from May! ))

We come here all the time and the massages are on point. However several times the jacuzzi, steam room, and sauna have not worked. This time all three were down. Plus the lockers were reopened and they still sent me to the downstairs gym lockers. Did not feel like Four Seasons. More like A business hotel. The staff was great but experience was not what I expected for high priced massage/spa.

Enjoyed a beautiful service and that I give a 5 star. However, the service at the pool was mediocre if not poor. Outdoor bathrooms had no soap the entire day and our food order was wrong multiple times with excessive wait time. Prices on services have gone up, but service and amenities have gone down. There use to be fruit and a variety of teas available and now there is not. Shower supplies were not filled. For the prices, I expect a higher quality of service around the facility.

Highly recommend a maternity massage with Mariah. Arrive early to take advantage of the steam room and other facilities on Wednesdays as they have a special and it’s busy. Staff is friendly and go above and beyond to make sure you have a great experience.
