The spa amenities are very nice and I did have a relaxing experience. Loved the nail tech. My gripe is that the masseuse asked me what I wanted focused on, but hardly spent any time on that area. I’m guessing she did the same full body that she does for each client, instead of using any of my intake information. I was also surprised we weren’t offered any tea or wine while waiting for the massage, since it is so costly. But I guess that is not included.

This place is amazing. I have been dying to go back but be prepared to spend the money- it is quality. This is what I think if when someone asks to go to the spa, robes and shoes provided, elaborate showers, steam room, relaxation room, hot tub, and massages.

The amenities are beyond lavish— from the incredible shower (and the to die for aromatherapy) to the warm and inviting massage rooms, every step in the process is one of luxury. No massage or facial will ever satisfy you after having service here.

Mother’s Day at the spa gift from my family. Am local so was disappointed that I was not able to use pool deck on a slow Friday. And the deck was completely empty when I left . Massage was wonderful but from now on will stick to the Gaylord or the Monarch in Black Hawk for full access amenities.
