They canceled at the last minute due to an unspecified “emergency.” They made no effort to reaccommodate us at another spa but did offer a future discount and said we could cancel the hotel stay without penalty. They left a voicemail but didn’t answer when I called back. When I was trying to book, I found that they don’t answer the phone but just return calls. They don’t answer the phone, just return voicemail. They are closed Monday through Wednesday even without an emergency.

The Spa at Forrestal canceled my appointment for my birthday stating the masseuse scheduled quit. I had booked a weekend at the Marriott just for the spa. Luckily, I found the Tranquility Den of Princeton, a new boutique spa that accomodated me and went above and beyond to make my birthday special (including a 2 hour massage). Forrestal’s Spa should have made accommodations in order to keep a client. Disappointing.
