This was my first time at the Encore Spa and from the moment I walked in I was met with absolutely amazing service. Everyone was so friendly! I went on a weekday morning and basically had the spa amenities to myself which was a dream. Definitley recommend getting there at least 45 min before your service to use the sauna, steam room and hot tub areas because you only have access beforehand. My facialist was Elisa and she was top notch!! She was sweet, attentive, and extremely knowledgeable. It was such a great experience I wish I could have stayed there all day and my skin looked like new after my collagen facial . Not to mention it was the nicest spa I’ve ever been too. You need to go here when you are at the Encore! Thank you Elisa, I’ll be back!

This spa treatment was amazing. The staff here was very friendly and Katie at the front desk helped me with making sure I could apply my spa credits before checking in, which was great. The vibe here is very zen and luxurious. I really enjoyed using the sauna and jacuzzi facilities. That is what made this the full “spa experience”, which you can’t get everywhere. I received a therapeutic massage from Sammy, and honestly, it was the BEST massage I have ever had! I suffer from a lot of pain, and she clearly had the knowledge of the anatomy and how to best use massage to relieve my ailments. I will definitely be back! I rate this spa 10 out of 10!

I had a Good Luck Ritual 90 minute massage with JJ and it was one of the best massages I have ever had. The customer service here from every person was impeccable: from booking the appointment in advance, to arriving, to the duration of my service, to when I left. I live locally so I didn’t stay at the hotel but this is such a wonderful spa, way better than anything in Boston that I’ve tried! I also love how you have so many options including a sauna, steam room, hot tub, and waterfall shower. Everything is clean, luxurious, and spacious, but not too overwhelming. The free parking is a bonus too.

I LOVE my experience at Encore Spa & Salon. I tend to go twice or three times a year (due to my busy work schedule). Yesterday, I had Doris for my 90 min. Full body massage and I had Elisa for my 60 min. Hydrafacial. On my birthday, 8/20 I had a full body massage and a body polish with Iris. It is a experience like no other. All three ladies were very attentive, knowledgeable, considerate and kind. They made sure they tailored to my needs to give me the best experience while I was there. Going to Encore is a getaway from my hectic lifestyle to unwind, relax and to enjoy self care. I love coming here! Thank you for your excellent services.

The spa facilities are gorgeous. The moment you arrive the women at the desk are so kind & welcoming. Then you have an attendant walk you through the different areas. I had Elizabeth, she was so sweet & showed me around to the different saunas & pools. Later on I had a HydraFacial with Elisa. I love this spa! It’s so luxurious, so well maintained and the staff is incredibly helpful. I’ve had multiple massages with Sammy and she literally changed my life! I was going to physical therapy for back pain and after one massage with her my pain was gone. Unreal! I’m so grateful to have found her and can’t wait to go back again.

Encore checks the presentation and sanitation boxes, but esthetician Elisa and massage therapist JJ really top off the experience and make me want to rebook. No one gets your skin as clean as Elisa.
