The Spa at Eastern is an amazing value. One might think that because many services are provided by students you won’t have that “professional spa feel,” however, from the moment you walk in, you are treated as a guest in a relaxing and beautiful environment. The staff is well-trained in making you feel like your needs and comfort are their first priority. I’ve had some of the best massages from students who were in their first week.

The staff is wonderful! My husband and I got a couples massage, it was affordable and they really went all out. They provided cookies and sparkling cider for a Valentines Day special. We will definitely be visiting again!

Paid for 90 min couples massage in February for me and fiance for valentine’s day. Was given and apt April 3 as thats the earliest apt. On april 2nd they called me and said they had to reschedule me to 330 with will. I said what about pam and she said oh pam cancelled….no she didn’t. ..yes we sent an email to her…we looked on her phone and they did not..they must have sent to someone else. i asked for a refund she said normally we don’t but ill make an exception for you….now pam upset and i look like jerk for valentines day. Makes me sad because we have always had a great experience there until now. But in my buisy schedule Reliability is important.
