This property truly earns the title of Resort. Amazing selection of dining for any occasion including common franchise such as Starbucks, Smash Burger, Guy’s American, and I believe Papa Murphey (maybe John’s?). Highly recommend checking out “The District” especially if you plan to bring kids. In general it would be good practice to check out their website and plan your activities, since there is such a selection.

Poor customer service and non-accommodating. My parents recently booked a handicap accessible room, but was given a regular room. After much debate, they offered a handicap room, but at that point, both of my parents were exhausted and decided not to switch rooms. The room purchased, was supposed to be at Sky Tower, but they were given a room at Spa Tower due to them wanting to fill the Sky Tower with higher priced paying guests. They were unwilling to provide any compensation of such, even with the horrible experience!

So, I was thinking back to my experience here a couple months ago and realized I hadn’t reviewed my time here! I’ve been to the spa at Choctaw twice and I honestly have enjoyed it very much. Last time I got my nails done with Sharon I believe and she did a fantastic job! I came in with shellac polish and it was a bit hard for them to get it off because they use more natural products but Sharon managed it and my pedicure turned out wonderful. I also got a massage from Roxy, and she was amazing! You’ll fall asleep from how heavenly her massage is. And I believe I got my hair cut with Sandra maybe Sandy…. it’s been a bit so can’t quite remember. My hair cut came out so lovely and I was so happy! My hair has also grown out quite fast since she cut it! She just have a hot hand for hair. All in all my experiences here have been so good that I plan on coming back soon!
