My services were great but the overall atmosphere of the spa was not on par with the price point. Understandably due to COVID there are no refreshments offered besides bottled water but I was not offered any when I checked in. I arrived 15 minutes before my appointment as instructed and was asked to hurry up and get changed. My appointment and my friends appointment was booked back to back due to availability which was fine but when booking I was sold this relaxing experience, that there were areas to sit and enjoy while we waited for each other. The only places to sit and enjoy were in full sun outside with absolutely no covering or shade. Additionally, these spaces were common areas of the hotel not specific to the spa. Overall I would not go back, again the services themselves were great but at that price point I expect an overall relaxing experience which was definitely not the case.
