09/15/2022 Update – I had my second pedicure with Nicki today and she did another fantastic job. She provides such a calm, professional environment to the client; one truly experiences a peaceful experience when receiving a pedicure from her. I even had some nail art done to each toe and she did a fantastic job! I can’t wait for my next pedicure next month! Nicki is awesome!

I want to review this place because I got a very unprofessional call from one of the staff members. I’ve been here a total of 3 times and 2/3 have been phenomenal. I recently got a massage by Connie and Joseph and they are absolutely amazing. They were very different massages but equally satisfying. However, the last time I came, I decided to try their waxing service and got a Brazilian/bikini wax and it was a terrible experience. I went in and she was friendly and I thought all was fine; I even made an appointment for a facial with her. But 2 days later I started getting ingrown hairs and bumps all over. I didn’t call to complain but knew I wasn’t going back to her. A month later (today), I call to cancel my facial appointment with her (I called a day before but they didn’t cancel) and just requested a cancellation and the receptionist asked if I wanted to reschedule. I genuinely said “to be honest, I wasn’t satisfied with my last service. So I’ll skip the facial”. Within 2 minutes the wax lady called me saying “well, you are pregnant…”; I stopped her and said “that doesn’t matter. I’ve been getting waxed since the beginning of my pregnancy and this has never happened. You clearly don’t know how to wax properly. Have a good day”. I am beyond livid because she didn’t take responsibility and blamed the customer. I didn’t even request for my money back, I was simply canceling my service with her. Other than her, this place is great! It’s very clean and everyone is very nice. I will continue to come here only for the massages. The massages are 5/5 stars.

The staff here is always welcoming and my massage therapist is fabulous. I saw Dawn today and have also used Corrine. They are both great! Very cute place tucked away in the Towne Centre in Canyon Crest. I know they offer a variety of services, but I have only used massage services so far.

I got my husband a pedicure, manicure a massage of two hours and a foot massage for our wedding anniversary. He absolutely loved his experience he felt that it was very calming, and a relaxing experience. He also enjoyed the masseuse he said that they were very good at what they did and the woman that done his manicure and pedicure was very nice and professional. I will be going to book some thing for myself in the future because of his great experience.

Love this place! What’s even better is the 70/70 deal, where you get a facial for $70 and massage for $70. I have been here 3 times, and always plan on coming back. I had just one not-so-great experience where the masseuse kept talking to me while I was trying to just relax. But that doesn’t overshadow the great experience there.

I went in for a prenatal massage in the attempt to help induce my labor, and was amazed by how relaxed and less anxious this made me feel by the time I left. The staff is extremely friendly and I will 100% go back for another massage after I have delivered. Oh and did I mention that I live 1 hour away and was just passing by. The drive was totally worth every second of this wonderful experience, and I will drive back again every time I need a massage just to feel that amazing again.
