The Spa at Camelback Inn, Spa Boutique and The Spa at Camelback Inn, Spa Boutique and Skin Shop look forward to welcoming all guests 18 years and older Thursdays through Sundays from 9am – 6pm. Appointments are required and can be made by calling 480-596-7040 or booking online. The Sprouts Café menu is available from 10am – 5pm and updated visitation protocols for the Spa are available in the QR code or by request. As noted above, the Spa Fitness Center is available Thursday – Sunday during Spa hours. To reserve your workout time please book online. I visited this resort for a work function so I can’t speak to the price but the staff is fantastic. I am allergic to onions and the staff went above and beyond to help make my stay amazing. I was the only one out of 250 ish people who attended the event and every dish was labeled as containing onions or not. When the options were limited, the chef prepared me a separate meal that was delicious! All the wait staff that attended to us for the 4 days were friendly and made us feel welcome. The location is beautiful and the amenities are numerous and enjoyable. I only wish I had brought my wife with me and extended our stay.

Critical: Communication, QualityThe Spa itself is beautiful, clean and well maintained. The Sprouts restaurant had a wonderful shrimp quinoa bowl for $24.00 that was delicious. The Spa pool was heated and enjoyable for lap swimming. From a spa perspective only, I would rate it a 10. The massage, however was sub par. My therapist, Joileen, talked for the first half of the massage, lifting her hands to talk with her hands. She actually made my feet cramp, and out of the past 100 massages I have had, she may well have been the worst. The massage was supposed to be “custom.” It was not. A $42.00 “tip” was automatically charged to our account (20%) without asking us. I went with my daughter who had a very good experience with her therapist. One of my best friends and I decided on a Spa day for her 30th birthday and let me tell you!!! It was the most invigorating experience for the both of us! We chose the Agave Toning body wrap treatment. So AMAZING! Carla was very attentive and respectful. (This was my first body wrap and I wasn’t sure if I had to be exposed and although you are nude, she covered my privates and I really appreciated that!) While we waited for our treatment we sat by the pool and were served cocktails by two awesome guys, Sammy and D! Oh and the steam room and sauna were lovely too. It was great enjoying all of the spa amenities between treatments. The staff were very welcoming and friendly as well. You are surrounded by beautiful mountain views…Can’t wait to come back!

What an exquisite spa experience I had here! The amenities are incredible! The views combined with the beautiful landscaping made me want to stay forever. I enjoyed the stone massage and it was so relaxing! Enjoyed the indoor hot tub, steam room and sauna. The facilty was spotless! So clean! Staff went above and beyond making my experience memorably. Kudos to the manager who hired all of them! They are superior! There is nothing like being pampered and taking time out for yourself. Highly recommend this Spa! Thumbs way up!
