Extremely rude woman at the front desk yelled at me to put on a mask when I have never worn one. I told her I was exempt and she yelled back at me that NO ONE IN THIS FACILITY IS EXEMPT! I have spent thousands of dollars at Lifepointe but I will find another spa if this woman is allowed to continue to treat clients like this. The massage therapists are wonderful, it’s s shame they are making them wear filthy pieces of cloth on their faces all day.
