I got a couple’s massage with my husband. Our masseuses Elizabeth and Elaine were absolutely amazing. I hold all of my tension in my shoulders and after the massage I felt so light. Front desk ladies were sweet and helpful. Great experience!

Extremely disappointed after our couples massage this morning. If this review was purely for the massage, it would be 5 stars. The massage therapists were fantastic and we feel great. However, our room was partially open to the outside and for the ENTIRE 50 minute massage there was someone right outside weed whacking and doing landscaping. It was incredibly loud and disruptive to the relaxing atmosphere. When we conveyed the disappointment to the front desk staff, she simply said that they aren’t made aware of when landscaping is being done, quickly followed up by asking if we’d like to leave a tip.

This is not a Spa experience! No sauna, no steam room and they didn’t even offer a robe or somewhere to shower prior to my massage. The massage itself was good but this place is truly not worth the money. Do yourself a favour and spend your time and money at a different spa. I am so disappointed.

It was too expensive for an okay message. We booked a couples massage, and my husband ended up being at the foot of my bed. It wasn’t romantic like we had hoped for. It was nice inside and the staff were very nice.

Very zen, indoor/outdoor are as to enjoy the tropical breeze. Very convenient to have right at the hotel. Showering facilities available. Very relaxing massage with great technique! Only downfall is with rooms partially open to outside, you can hear people in hotel courtyard if they are being very loud, but music helps to buffer a little.

Scheduled a couples massage over a week in advance for my boyfriends birthday. Received confirmation of our massages the day before. When we arrived for our appointment time, they said they didn’t have 2 therapists to do the couples massage and only had 1 therapist available. Not apologetic at all and just blamed the manager. They could have called/ texted/ notified us that they had a scheduling issue but apparently they didn’t care enough to let us know. Overall very disappointing experience. Would not recommend for this unprofessional behavior.

Our couples massage was great, but we booked the outdoor “ocean front lanai” and it was basically just a pool cabana with hardly any coverage, so people walking by could see right in. We could hear everyone right next to you at the pool and it was hard to relax with people constantly walking right by you. Again, the massage was great, but I think the website could advertise this outdoor space a little more accurately.

From flow to pressure, to communication skills and tailoring the session to meet me needs, she excelled. The couples room we were in was partially outdoors with a fan blowing, kissing our skin with a hint of island breeze, only adding to the exquisite treatment. The lotion or cream used on me left a light, fruity scent – simply delightful! Our only regrets: not booking 80 minutes, and not receiving massages every day we’ve been here. Had today not been our last day in Maui we would have booked again every day. Reasonably priced, exceptional atmosphere, highly skilled therapists.
