Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThe Spa at Beaver Run was an amazing experience. My sister and I were looking for a spa experience on our short vacation. Tracie and Amy were incredible. So kind and gracious, especially since we were 15 minutes late for our appointments, not 15 minutes early like we thought! The free upgrades were a lovely touch. We really enjoyed the mineral pool and hot tub + drinks. It may be small, but it was just what we were looking for, especially during this time. The Spa at Beaver Run was an amazing experience. My sister and I were looking for a spa experience on our short vacation. Tracie and Amy were incredible. So kind and gracious, especially since we were 15 minutes late for our appointments, not 15 minutes early like we thought! The free upgrades were a lovely touch. Positive: Communication, Professionalism, QualityAs a hairstylist that is taking all precautions to keep my guests safe, I was impressed with the professionalism and measures taken to insure my safety and the safety of the staff. I had never done an oxygen treatment and the free upgrade was greatly appreciated and helped me to relax for my service. I always treat myself to a spa treatment when coming to Beaver Run and while I was apprehensive to do so do to COVID-19, my experience was amazing. As a hairstylist that is taking all precautions to keep my guests safe, I was impressed with the professionalism and measures taken to insure my safety and the safety of the staff. I had never done an oxygen treatment and the free upgrade was greatly appreciated and helped me to relax for my service. I always treat myself to a spa treatment when coming to Beaver Run and while I was apprehensive to do so do to COVID-19, my experience was amazing. Critical: ProfessionalismI went 2 days in a row to the spa as I injured my knee and have been unable to ski and the services were amazing. The facial and the massage were amazingly relaxing and both therapists were very caring. The massage therapist even gave me a small bottle of their CBD oil to continue using on my injured knee. After checking out, I was waiting for the elevator when a staff person approached me to ask about the bottle I had in my hand and asking what type of massage I had received and where had the bottle come from. I explained the massage therapist very kindly had given it to me to help me heal my knee. The staff person kept asking questions about the bottle and at this point I handed the bottle to her for her to keep. She returned it after inspecting it saying that it was inappropriate to give bottles to customers. I did not ask for the bottle, it was a nice gesture. To imply I was taking it and confront me like that was rude and unnecessary. This interaction really ruined what had been a very relaxing experience I hope you pay more attention at the way you approach and treat customers.
