I love this salon! I come here once a month to get a facial from Julia. The atmosphere is very relaxing and not to mention the results have been amazing, she’s definitely helped clear up my skin. Not to mention, the location is perfect and the staff are all very welcoming and helpful. Definitely recommend

Such a good hometown feel and warmth you can’t get anywhere’s else..I was so happy with not only my facial, but she has so much knowledge of how to take care of your skin and what products to use. It truly is that high quality salon you’ve been looking for with out losing the small town feel! Southern Way Salon is a wonderful place! My whole family has our hair done here. We’ve never been disappointed with the service. The customer service is second to none and the staff is very professional and courteous. We highly recommend to anyone!

I had an appointment with Jerica Phelps at the salon and I arrive 10 minutes prior to my appointment time. When I arrived she had two different people she was working on still and I proceeded to patiently wait for her to finish and then another one of her clients walk into the salon. This women is working on one persons hair mean while she has three people waiting on her. She takes her very sweet time on the one girl she is working with and proceeds to take pictures of the girls hair after she is finished EVEN THOUGH SHE HAS THREE PEOPLE WAITING ON HER. She already charges over $160+ to get your hair done and then she has you wait way past your appointment time. I would not recommend this salon for the simple fact, why would the owner let her do this when it makes the salon look bad? After waiting for almost 45 minutes I decided to just walk out because I’m not paying what she ask and have to wait that long. After 45 minutes of being there she was still on the first girls hair. She still had to do a whole other persons hair before she could even get to me. If I would’ve stayed and waited I would have been there for easily over 1 1/2 hours. The wait time is not worth the price alone.
