I came here with a group of friends to enjoy a nice soak and relaxation. The place is very cute and in the middle of a bunch of outlet shops, so perfect for a soak and then some shopping! They have a large set of options to choose from for the soak and also have add ons for massage and then light food.

I really enjoyed my soak here today. I work as a waitress so after the busy weekend I was extremely sore. I got the fall package which included a cup of apple tea and a scone. The tea was pretty good but unfortunately was luke warm and the cup had a chip on it which I did tell the staff member. I was able to order another tea which was very hot and delicious as well so it made up for it and i wasnt charged for it as well. The apple pie macaroon I added on as well was to die for and I wish I had ordered like 10 more. Someone came by every around every ten to 15 minutes to reheat the bath which was so soothing. Its definitely a great place to relax with so many options to do add on which unfortunately I couldn’t do this time. If you and a partner work long ours on your feet it would be a perfect place for some R&R. All are it was a great experience and I will be back hopefully sometime soon!

I went to The Soaking Pot this weekend as part of a Bachelorette Getaway. I cannot recommend the Soaking Pot enough. Many in our group were blown away by the kindness of the staff, the treatment we were given, and the quality of the experience. It was relaxing, quiet, and overall incredible. If you are a parent or caregiver looking for a peaceful pampering session, this is it! It was so refreshing to have a moment to relax and have peace. The water is topped up and warmed every 10 minutes, and if you do not want it topped up or warmed, you do have the option to say no. Tea and snacks are an add on fee, but well worth the money. I did not get a massage but others in our party did, and the massage was done as they soaked. The shop out front has so many wonderful gifts, and if we had any questions they were answered immediately. I loved my experience this weekend and am already planning my return!

This is my first time going to a place like this, including any type of massage or spa-type experience. It was very relaxing, everyone on staff was very nice and the massage was great. Even the treats and drinks that they offered were very nice. They’ve definitely created an atmosphere that’s cozy and makes you relax enough to be sleepy

Fantastic experience. The soak was so relaxing, unusual tea selection. The foot and lower leg massage were excellent. The concept needs to be franchised. I would go once a week of there was one near where I live. Highly recommend.

Soaking your feet in copper tubs fullof herbs and salts, just delightful. And the staff is wonderful, Rachel will sneak in and refresh your tub with more hot water. Just loved it!

The soaking pot was a great way to end our snowmobiling weekend. Lots of soaks to choose from depending on your body’s need. We also added small massages to enhance our experience. Staff is friendly and very good at what they do

This was a first for me and my boyfriend..what an amazing place! The staff is attentive, informative and very pleasant! As usual, with all service establishments in the area, masks are worn the entire time. The staff took extra precautions to comply with COVID guidelines. Too bad I only booked 30 minutes….way too short. I can’t wait to go back again. This is a go to place for a peaceful and zen moment.

This was such a fun and relaxing thing to do with my mom when she was visiting! Every staff member was friendly and helpful. The soaks felt SO good and relaxing, I loved the stones in the basins and that they refreshed the hot water every 15 minutes. I greatly appreciate the initial warning that the water was very hot because it is but you get used to it in about 5 minutes. The drinks were delicious. Bev’s arm massage was heavenly! The small rooms were so peaceful and it was so nice to just spend some quiet time chatting together in our private little room. I also loved the little shop after our soak, I bought some soaking packets to bring home for my boyfriends tired feet to experience at home. Yes it was a little pricey, but I personally thought it was such a well thought-out and relaxing experience that it was worth it.

After a long hike this was a great pitstop to relax our tired feet. I had the peppermint soak for 30 minutes. It was so nice to put my feet in that hot water filled copper tub with the stones at the bottom. They came twice to refill with hot water in case your water cooled down. They also offer you a hot neck warmer which was great to relax my tense muscles. Their tea selection was also great. Highly recommended.
