I have been to The Soak House and Soapery numerous times and it is always the most relaxing experience compared to any other spa I have visited….and trust me, I get spa treatments often! I have family members who live out of state who have gifted me not only products, but also gift cards to enjoy a relaxing visit. I have never been to a spa where employees truly care about your experience and always help you find a treatment that fits my needs and my budget . I highly recommend this spa as they pride themselves on ensuring every aspect of your visit is pleasant and relaxing!

My friends and I planned to have a girls day today. We had this appointment booked forever. My little girl had a volleyball County tournament today and I couldn’t go with my other two friends. They charged my friends card “for me” because I did not call and cancel. I assumed they knew I canceled when I did not reply YES to the text THEY SENT ME to confirm my appointment. I called and explained the situation to them and ask them please not to charge my friends card, it is her birthday. I was so excited about this place but it was wrong of them to charge her . I was super nice when I called and explained the situation they should be ashamed. Bad Business. Clearly they are all about a dollar and do not care about their clients. And it gets better they charged her card for me without telling her. They told her they’d email her the receipt. Such a shame!
