We’re new to the area and found The Slick Experience online. My husband called to make an appointment but all the numbers listed (yahoo, google, yelp etc.) were out of service/ the wrong number. I found the shops page on Facebook and a different number. My husband called the number listed on Facebook and was greeted with a hello. When you run a business answer the phone with a business name. Example: Hello Thank you for calling The Slick Experience “Rick” speaking How May I help you…… (Being Professional sets the tone for a successful business relationship & new clients). Then my husband said Hi I would like to make an appointment. “Rick” (who answered the phone) goes who’s this (again unprofessional). My husband says his name and Rick says well today isn’t a good day for an appointment. My husband didn’t want an appointment today and you would’ve known that if you asked the right questions or was professional about it. Example: What day would you like to schedule an appointment sir….. With all of that said “ My husband decided against “The Slick Experience” and will give another Professional Black Owned business a chance.

I actually like this spot. I like that you can come here and get a haircut. I dont like having to make appointments. I like the old school way. Come in sit wait your turn and get out. And they are good barbers in there. I made an appointment at no push backs on 13 and he never came. I dont like appointments or no push backs. I like it at slicks
