My husband got me the ultimate spa day bundle Groupon for my birthday. It Includes: One 75-Minute Anti-Aging Facial & One 60-Minute Detoxifying Body Mask. Anissa was nice, but she called me by the wrong name to start. She did a good job in the facial, felt like she really took her time, but I was very disappointed in the body mask, it was just my arms and legs, I thought by their website it included my torso, I was surprised she didn’t do my back. It was also not as long as expected, started just after 12:30p and ended at 2:20pm.

The facial it self was good, and the technician was very friendly. The experience was for 75 minutes, unfortunately I would say I was in and out in 60 minutes. The biggest issue here was the bed. It was so hard that I couldn’t focus on relaxing. Im not sure if there was a pad missing or what, I have not seen any other complaints about it. Im in good health, but anyone that might have back problems or spinal issues I would be cautious- I just dont see how this would be okay for them. The technician did offer me a towel for my lower back and asked if I thought the bed was too hard. She was very sweet about it, but unfortunately it just didn’t make much of a difference!
