The owner of this place is unprofessional and a complete fraud. She first rescheduled my appointment claiming there was a tsunami warning in Atlanta. I gave her the benefit of the doubt and rescheduled. After getting off the phone, I checked the weather and there was no such warning issues. She completely lied! Thirty minutes before my second appointment she calls and says that my appointment was at 3:30pm. Another lie! My appointment was for 4, which showed up in the calendar invite she sent and all the appointment reminders. Then she suggested that I come in for a shortened appointment without adjusting the price. After i refused, she claimed that I could come in at 7pm. When I arrived at 6:50pm, lights were out! She did not honor her word and made me waste a trip to her location. She did not answer any of my phone calls and I was extremely upset by the total disregard. This establishment lacks professionalism and I was extremely disappointed by the l k od service. Never again will I try to support this business.

Absolutely the best experience that I have ever had. The environment is so clean and relaxing with a very inviting aura about it. Jay the owner is very professional and detailed oriented. All of her supplies are sterile and opened right in front of your eyes so that you see for yourself.
