I was a loyal client at the SRC for many years (spending thousands per year), but switched to the Bengston Center for my cosmetic dermatology needs because of suspicious accounting practices at SRC. I had prepaid for services that were subsequently expired without my knowledge or consent, and was not followed up with over the course of many months when I asked about the services & why they were expired without notifying me.

I absolutely love The Skin Revitalizing Center. I have been a loyal client here for more than a decade. I have enjoyed working with Kris Dunn and Stephanie for Microdermabrasion Facials, Ana Macmanus and Jaime Kidd for DiamondGlow Facials and purchasing skincare products, and Dr.Vasquez and Dr.Duiven of minor skin procedures (mole removal, etc). All of the staff are very knowledgeable in skincare and rejuvenation. The ladies that work at the front desk are extremely kind and helpful. I recommend the Grandville location to anyone looking for exceptional care. Thank you!

Critical: Communication, Professionalism, QualityThey turned away a $2000 sale. They advertise the monthly specials about 1/2 way into the month. When I finally found out about their October specials, I was told all purchases had to be used in the month purchased. So I took the ONLY appointment they had in October for Botox. 10/19/21 @ 8:30 AM. Took the morning off of work, drove 40 minutes to office, arrived at the office at 8:25 AM and was told my appointment was at 8:15 AM and Sarah could not see me as I was too late. I offered to pay for 150 units of Botox up front. They told me no, I could not! What! Really??? Thats over $1500 in sales just for the Botox, I won’t mention the skin care products I planned on buying. All in all, I was planning on spending about $2K.
