When I walked in for my 12:30 appointment today, the waiting room was packed!! The check in line was literally out the door. Kudos to the front desk ladies!! They got people checked in so fast. I barley had time to fill out my new patient forms and was already being called back! My Dr was caring and double checked with another physician to make sure I was correctly diagnosed! I checked out in less than an hour after my appointment time. Great job skin clinic! Yall are amazing!!

Fantastic office! My one year old Daughter broke out in a rash head to toe the front office was very friendly on the phone and got us right in. Front office was welcoming as we walked in and the medical assistant took us back in a timely matter. Our provider listened to our concerns and got us the needed prescriptions.

I will never recommend this clinic to anyone who doesn’t like being tricked. They will perform procedures without telling you if it is covered under your insurance or not and they will just hit you with a bill. I have no problem paying for it but atleast let me be aware of what is covered under my insurance before doing the procedure. Imagine if I was someone who is at a limited income and only have a budget for a copay. Very shady. Staff was nice though.

I could not have gone through my procedure if it wasn’t for Hope and her assistant. I was extremely nervous. She helped me breathe and focus on other things. She let me talk her head off just so I would stay distracted. I felt completely cared for and did not feel silly for how nervous I was feeling!

Dr McCauley and Hope are amazing! They both have the best bedside manner and were very helpful. They took such good care of me. My incision was from the corner of my eye to bottom of nose and is no longer visible. Can’t even tell I had surgery. Love them!!

I never leave bad reviews, so this makes me sad. However, I am leaving this review based solely on my experience with the reception desk. I’m sure the doctors are fantastic, but I will not return to this clinic because of the office staff. I was mailed an appointment card with the date of my appointment on it (after waiting four months to get an appointment in the first place). The date the card said was not the same date they had on the books. I took off an entire day of work to make the appointment only for them to tell me my appointment was not on the schedule. I told them I cannot take off another day of work. Let me remind you, my appointment card SENT BY THEM stated otherwise…I even double-checked myself when I got home to make sure I wasn’t going crazy. My card was indeed incorrect. The worst part is that they made me feel like it was MY fault that they wrote the wrong date on the card. I feel sorry for these doctors because I will not return, and it is not the doctors’ fault. I was extremely disappointed.

Never in my life have I taken any of my children to any doctor office where they left crying where they couldn’t breath. We were referred to the duncan office when the doctor came in he didn’t give me enough time to even explain. Why we were sent there before he thought it was ok to tell my daughter she is obese and if it continues she will not live a long life and continue to cut her down . I would never recommend this place to anyone in my life . Horrible horrible doctor. The nurse was very nice the doctor was way out of life . We were there do to the skin on her hands not her weight . Thanks for giving my child a low selfastem good job .

The receptionist was very rude and snarky. She was unprofessional about my personal information that I filled out on my medical papers. What I put on my personal documents as personal information is no concern of hers and should never be questioned by the receptionist in the lobby. It does not matter if I’m married single divorced who I place as my emergency contact. That information is filled in by the patient and should not be looked down upon regardless if the receptionist approves of it or not.
