This was my very first visit and I have heard nothing but good things about the skin clinic and I was called in on a cancellation today at 10am but my original appointment was only two weeks away so I took the day off from work and I sat back in the room for almost two hours. I kindly mentioned they called me saying they had an available spot and I wanted to know why I have yet to be seen? I walked out and told them they need to do better. They really did not seem to care at all and instead mentioned about the wait and said it’s Friday and it’s a bit busy. Well then don’t call me asking if I can be there at 10am because of a cancellation. What a waste of my time!!

I visited the Clinic today. My appointment was for 830 AM. The purpose was to remove a lump from under my skin, just over my sternum. I arrived at about 8:05. The entire process was completed and I was headed home by 825, five minutes before my scheduled appointment.

This place is a joke, my wife went to get a mole looked at she had her whole life as it was beginning to bother her, instead of doing their job they just lecture you and tell you how to do things in your life that has nothing to do with skin. The staff is rude and the so called doctor is the one that likes to lecture. Oh and they simply said we just need to remove it but don’t be worried come back in a month.
