My face has bad brown spots and I have been researching a few places to find the best place for laser treatment. After visiting various places for consultations, I found The Skin and Laser Treatment Institute. After having a few laser treatments on my face, I saw major differences and is very satisfied with the results. She owns her own laser machines and knows how to adjust the treatment according to ethnic skin. That is very important to me as many other places told me the results of laser treatment depends on my ethinic skin. Her skills are exceptionally good and her staff are wonderful. I feel very comfortable here every time I come and will definitely come back for maintenance of my skin care. Thank you Dr Lee and Staff!!

I booked a new appointment with Dr. Lee for a skin issue. I was scared about the issue. Dr. Lee was a highly reviewed and recommended physician, so I chose her. Instead of being seen by her, I was seen by a Physician’s Assistant, or PA. It was not a follow up visit. It was a NEW visit for a NEW issue. A PA did not have to go through an incredibly competitive dermatology residency and do THOUSANDS of hours in the clinic to become a physician. They did two years of school to become a generalist. The PA took a look at my condition, then stepped out of the room to “google” aka use uptodate to look-up my condition. Then they prescribed me, you guessed it, anti-fungals and steroids, aka the catch-all. Then they said, “I will send a picture of this to Dr. Lee.” WOW, maybe if I could have seen the PHYSICIAN on day one, I wouldn’t have to do this nonsense. I can’t believe this type of care is legal.

When calling into the office, several times the phone is disconnected while trying to schedule an appointment and it still continues this week. When the appointment was scheduled, it was asked specifically if the doctor treated a particular skin disorder. The front desk said yes and that is why I came into the office. Got there and it was told to me that I should have a full body exam and then I can address the issue that I was there for. During the visit, PA Megan came in and I spoke with her on the appointment being made for a specific reason and she did not have an answer. She stated she would ask and call me to let me know. This was on a Thursday on the 12th and as of today she has not returned the call. So this office had no intention to address the Lichen Sclerosis. They just wanted to bill my insurance for a full body exam and get payment. Would never recommend this office to anyone. Will have to let my doctor know of this, so she can avoid referring them to her patients.

I’ve read the reviews here, after all this is my face we’re talking about, I should, but I should also use my own judgement. I went in for a consultation, the front desk was very busy, but very kind, pleasant and professional. They took the time and care to get me checked in when it calmed and it was my turn. I understood this wasn’t going to be a dinner or lunch date they didn’t have time to pamper me as I see some of you need in the reviews, wrong place, spas surround this place and if they don’t call back that day, call them back or drop by, they’re super busy, but the best place for you for most cases, with a little patience I think you too will get where you want to be……any who, back to my visit, little of a wait, maybe because I was in a hurry on my lunch break, it was about 15 minutes. My name is called to prep to see my Estetician or the Doctor they way they do it is, if determined through my PA, my situation calls for the Doctors attention. I didn’t get the young ladies name but she was very pleasant, as well. Well it was determined my situation didn’t called for the doctors attention, and my Estetician walks in. I must say, I’m impressed and very, very please to be in Michelle’s hands! I wanted to go for it, Michelle insisted I do the skin and mental prep for the treatment of which has been determined and recommended to be TCA Cross, I trust her and very comfortable with her recommendation for my skin, my face! Michelle’s my Estetician for the rest of my life! Update: my test spot has closed substantially in 5 days this treatment is going to work thank you Jesus and my husband is pleased with it as well, he’sbeen my biggest cheerleader through this as he shares this face with me. I’m like wow this morning and want to cry it’s a miracle! Beautiful!!!

I’ve struggled with the redness of rosacea for decades. When a boss teased me about how red I turned while giving presentations (not helpful!), I was so embarrassed and knew I had to find a real solution. I did a lot of research and found Dr. Lee to be an expert in lasers, and in fact had even written a book on the subject. I was impressed that she has an extensive selection of lasers in her office that allows her to optimally treat numerous conditions. I’ve been seeing Dr. Lee for 10 years now, and with regular laser treatment my redness is significantly reduced. It works far better than any other treatment I’ve tried and is completely worth it. I really appreciate Dr. Lee’s staff as well – they are very kind, thoughtful and professional.

Absolutely horrible and unprofessional medical practice. The front office staff are completely aloof and will give you the run around. It’s been weeks and several calls and no response. All this to just schedule a follow up and get treatment. This is how you treat patients? Have moved my care to another provider. Ridiculous.

I have been coming to the Skin and Laser Treatment institute/Dr. Lee for quite a number of years for laserlite treatments and a couple other miscellaneous skin care needs. Dr. Lee is very proficient at laser treatment and I have been very happy with the improvement and continued maintenance of clearing improvement to my complexion. The staff is always pleasant and helpful making my care experience there comfortable and positive.

Due to the good reviews and information on the website, I thought I would try it out as I thought it would be the best place for treatment of my keloids. But I was extremely disappointed. The PA that coducted my consultation did not undergo any skin evaluation as was said on their website. I was only offered 1 type of treatment, when on the website it stated a wide array of options. The PA informed me that Dr Christine Lee will just repeat what she had conveyed to me. If that is the case then I’ll find another clinic that actually does what it says on their website. $125 down the drain. 0/10 would not recommend.
