I’ve been going to The Skin Agency for the past 18 months and every time I’ve gone I’ve had a great experience. Their nurses are experienced and knowledgeable, and very friendly. They always make me feel comfortable. The introduction of the cold compressed air with the laser makes it feel like a cold air massage. And I rarely shave anymore. I’ve been doing hair laser removal since 2013. Today, was the first time I’ve had the “BEST” experience ever with hair laser removal and it was with, nurse Jennifer! She’s made sure I was was comfortable and with the levels, and even used a baby wipe to put pressure to cool the area after each few zaps of the laser. I appreciate her so much for marking me feel taking care of and feeling good during the session. Jennifer also, stepped out of the room to allow me privacy to apply the aftercare. These small gestures make the whole experience 5 start!!!
