Critical: ProfessionalismVery unprofessional, no customer service skills at all with potential new customers. Waited a hour nobody never acknowledged me I was the second person waiting to get my sons hair cut the woman took a whole hour just to cut the little boys hair before me. What took the cake is she took someone after that and left me waiting never not one word I just left! With customer service like that I’ll go elsewhere times are too hard and from day to day businesses are closing u should be more mindful of how u treat people.Very unprofessional, no customer service skills at all with potential new customers. Very unprofessional, no customer service skills at all with potential new customers. Waited a hour nobody never acknowledged me I was the second person waiting to get my sons hair cut the woman took a whole hour just to cut the little boys hair before me. What took the cake is she took someone after that and left me waiting never not one word I just left! With customer service like that I’ll go elsewhere times are too hard and from day to day businesses are closing u should be more mindful of how u treat people.

Critical: ProfessionalismWent inside wasn’t greeted by either barber, I figured they would atleast acknowledge me, once customers got of chairs to atleast ask was I waiting on someone. Went inside wasn’t greeted by either barber, I figured they would atleast acknowledge me, once customers got of chairs to atleast ask was I waiting on someone. Terrible ran business from the owner down nobody is on time they don’t have any kind of scheduling or appointment system they expect you to txt them on their personal phones and hope they remember that you have an appointment cut times are long and mostly due to the fact they would rather talk then cut and it’s obviously their best barbers have left I wouldn’t recommend going and I will not be back
