Critical: QualityMy experience was not what was expected.The Shop itself has a nice atmosphere, just all around good vibes. Only complaint with the shop is the location of the chairs against the window it heats up quick when the sun is out, making waiting a bit warm.We are new to the area, So I booked using an app called Booksy…Two kids Haircuts by the Highly rated and recommended Mayno Picasso. Pictures should be enough proof. He did apologize and agreed to refund services very polite however the refund was never received. Contacted about the refund not being received and he asked about a cash app. Called my bank and on that end it showed that I was charged 80$ but the 40$ of that was cancelled out looking like a refund the charge was 20$ for each cut $ did 6$ for courtesy tip, on the banks end it appears like the 40$ was refunded the 46$ charge still remains withdrawn from my acct.The hair grows back, it’s the principleService: HaircutMy experience was not what was expected.The Shop itself has a nice atmosphere, just all around good vibes.
