So first impressions are everything. I called this place to make an appointment for my daughter. I have never used a hair salon for her before and I was trying to find out exactly what kind of services I needed to book. I called them and a man answered the phone. He acted like he didn’t want to be at work. I was asking him about booking the appropriate appointment and he cut me off mid way to tell me that they are closed today. So I’m confused because I didnt ask for anything today and I was also confused because if they are closed why did he answer the phone. Well anyway I was asking about the appointment for my daughter so she can get a blowout and style for her birthday and he was informing me that only certain stylist see children. So I was trying to find out how would I know by booking online if that particular stylist sees kids because you have an option online to pick a random stylist…and the kids option was only braids. He acted as if he didn’t know what I was talking about and started naming stylist that see kids like I was supposed to remember all those names he was dishing out. I was trying to explain that my daughter is 11 and she she’s not getting braids..she’s getting a blowout and maybe any stylist would see her. He said well 11 is a kid to him and I should call back tomorrow to speak to someone.So based off that annoying conversation I probably won’t be calling.

I booked an appointment for my daughter to get her hair done for my wedding. We are not from the area she attends college there, so I chose this salon based off of the work they display on IG. I figured it’s a simple style that she needed there shouldn’t be any problems. She gets there the stylist is there still doing a wig install on someone then later tells my daughter she can’t finish her hair she has to pick her child up. So my daughter gets stuck with another stylist to finish her hair which she later discovered that stylist had burned her twice. I don’t know if it’s because they saw a teen and felt like they could get over on her but I definitely will not send her there again and will definitely let her know to inform her friends to go elsewhere. I understand stylist can get behind but because they got behind they pawn you off on someone else that’s not acceptable. If it wasn’t for her needing her hair done I would’ve advised her to walk right out of there.

I called in Saturday for Two strand twists (Arrived at 2) and was told the price was going to be 60. Then walked in and the price was changed to 75. Then the First Lady who was originally Supposed to do it said she couldn’t. She made me wait for another lady which i did. The second lady finished with her client then said I don’t have the right hair texture so I’d have to get hair which I didn’t have so they raised the price to 125. Again I said okay and then was informed she couldn’t do it either so now I’m with the final lady who said she could do it. I said okay and waited. I waited 5 hours just for the lady to tell me she’d do it Sunday (after she already finished the client I was waiting on). I do not recommend at all very disorganized and time wasteful. I could’ve found someone else wishing those 5 hours of waiting and waiting
