Robin is nice. She seems to act as if she knows what she is doing. I trusted her. She did a full consult and did nothing that was discussed. I went in for ombré/balayage. I was told not to freak out after she washed my hair. It was dark brown. She tried to convince me it really was blonde and that it would lighten after every wash. I spent $200. My hair is completely fried. I told her I was not happy. She said she could use a color remover. Why would she use a color remover if she supposedly bleached my hair? She will not own up to her mistakes and refuses to give me a refund. Has no clue what she is doing and is unprofessional. At least offer to do it right. She’s a reflection on the whole salon.

I had one of the best experience at the sheer style with my groupon deal with Jasmine. It’s not that often you find good deals. Jasmine is very polite and doesn’t talk much while cutting hair or the scalp treatment. Before she began cutting the hair, she asked me all the necessary questions and recommend few things such as how many inches I wanted to cut off my hair, recommended layer style, if I wanted hair color and suggested cutting extra length to add volume to my hair since it was very thin. She explained the difference between deep conditioning and scalp treatment. I ended up choosing scalp treatment which was my first time. And she suggested to use tea tree for my scalp. She’s pretty good. Reason for not giving 5 star because I felt the chairs were not clean. I could see white stuffs on the chairs which did gross me out. Otherwise I would highly recommend Jasmine to anyone wanting to purchase groupon deal or going there without it.

We purchased a Groupon for a balayge color and cut. We did have to pay quite a bit more for long hair but my daughters hair turned out a beautiful color. Robin spent time making sure she understood what my daughter wanted. She gave my daughter a beautiful hair color. Only negative thing was ether it took over 4 hours and cut her bangs alittle more than wispy but overall would recommend robin.

Do not buy a Groupon. They charged extra for my so called long hair never mentioned in Groupon. The deep conditioning mentioned in Groupon was just putting conditioner on and rinsing right off. Ombré is a joke no one can even tell I did anything to my hair. She left it on for just a few minutes and to think invought two groupons one for me and my daughter. I really wanted to like this place as I like Robin but I definitely didn’t get what I paid for. I think ultra can do a better job! Feel ripped off. Think twice.

I made an appointment and had to cancel last minute because I got a migraine and no one would even return my calls. I was really excited to get my hair done and I would never fake a migraine! There not compassionate people! I would never had canceled my appointment last minute unless I absolutely had to.

They don’t know what they are doing there! The OWNER – Robin did my biolage/ombré for me with her assistant – DIDNT even ASK if I was okay with that or tell me that when I booked the appointment! I asked for browns, coppers, carmels, that type of look – I ended up with blonde at the ends which she had covered up initially – I told her NO BLONDE BEFORE we started….. the blonde revealed itself after a couple of washes!! How deceitful that she bleached my hair or left chemicals on too long and didn’t say a word about doing that to my hair!! If that’s not bad enough her assistant was a mute and she soaked my shirt down to my bra! When I told her you she said nothing – but escort to me to sit back into the regular chair after she gave me a partial shower at the shampoo stall! She didn’t even utter a word – especially not sorry! One of the other stylist saw what happened and told her to towel me off – she didn’t do that either!! I had to get up and get a fresh towel to try to soak up my drenched shirt! I had to take a blow dryer and blow dry my shirt while her assist just stood there doing nothing – she didn’t even have brains to get her boss ROBIN – who was there and didn’t do anything and pretended not to hear or see what happened in her not so big salon!! I didn’t know at the time that my shirt was bleached where the chemicals had soaked my shirt!! They didn’t say a word! I left ROBIN ( the OWNER) voice mail message as she didn’t answer. And sent her a detailed text!! She said she would ” take care of me at the next appointment – well she won’t return my calls and refuses to reimburse me for the shirt that got ruined by her assistant! BEWARE of what you think is a good deal on GROUPON – it’s could be because they are needing the business from the bad reviews from people who have used them!!

Very unprofessional. I set up an appointment 2 weeks in advance and they made it very clear if I had to cancel it had to be within 48 hours. And they canceled on me 2 hours before my appointment. They also didn’t want to honor the prices I was quoted and I would have had to wait who knows how much longer for an appointment. They do not give you the same curtesy.
