I pretty much felt unimportant here. Felt I was rushed out the door.. I tried to make conversation a couple times with the stylist and felt she was uninterested in doing so. The haircut wasn’t the worst that I’ve had but it also was not what I had shown that I wanted. Blow dry was sub par. I left with the top part of my hair frizzy because it wasn’t blown dry correctly and efficiently. I had a shampoo, cut with layers, and blow dry style done in 40 minutes which is great it you are looking for a quick haircut. I personally like it when the stylist takes the time to get the haircut and style right. Time and attention is key. I’m not saying you have to take all day but at least to try to make the client feel comfortable. This is just my constructive criticism.

Positive: Cleanliness, Professionalism, QualityGrace is absolutely fantastic! She’s dyed my hair multiple times and always does her best to give me what I want. Not only that she is an honest hair stylist that will actually tell you whether or not you need multiple sessions to achieve your goal in order to protect the integrity your hair and to keep your expectations realistic. To me honesty about the price and goal it takes to get there is important. Will continue to go back. I have also used Kira in the past before she moved and the same would apply to her. Grace is absolutely fantastic! She’s dyed my hair multiple times and always does her best to give me what I want. Not only that she is an honest hair stylist that will actually tell you whether or not you need multiple sessions to achieve your goal in order to protect the integrity your hair and to keep your expectations realistic. She knows her stuff and continuously educates herself on all the latest trends, style, etc. The Shabby to Chic Salon is awesome as well. They take pride in their salon and customers! She knows her stuff and continuously educates herself on all the latest trends, style, etc. The Shabby to Chic Salon is awesome as well. They take pride in their salon and customers! I can’t say enough good things about this salon. I’ve been a customer for over 2 years now and the stylists always go that extra step to make sure that their clients get exactly what they want. Everything from cuts to color, the level of experience and talent with Redken is unmatched in this area. The collaborative effort from the staff makes a very friendly and professional environment where you can experience a five-star salon with southern hospitality. I absolutely love my stylist (Robyn)!!! If your looking for perfect and consistent color or wanting to change things up, ask for Robyn but you can’t take my Saturday appointment 😉

The pricing she gave me was more than fair and her portfolio seemed promising. I just want to say that she is absolutely amazing. She totally listened to what I wanted and made it happen. She was super friendly and we had a great time. Her coworkers were also friendly and helpful when I asked for advise on different hair needs of mine.
