Received a couple massage for a Xmas gift. Took a while to coordinate a date but it was well worth it! Melissa and Lisa (owner) did a great job and were fun and entertaining. This is a small, no frills spa with a caring and friendly staff. Ambiance is calming and inviting.

We couldn’t have had a better experience. Went for a couples massage and our massage therapists were fantastic. They were thorough, listened to us, made us feel very comfortable, and the owner even gave my partner a stone that helps with grief after his mother passed. They have different rooms for different sensory experiences which was really cool.I’d recommend this place to anyone!

Been going here since they opened…I have thoroughly enjoyed every experience I’ve had with them! From the membership to their couples massage to all my prenatal massages with Lisa…the best!! Love the people and the fun environment!! The rooms are all themed and so relaxing. They have local artwork and goodies to sell throughout the spa..even their sparkly bathroom is fun! Lol! love everything about them!

I want to start by saying that this review is not about the massages themselves, they are wonderful. However, I used to be a member here and the spa canceled or rescheduled my last 4 appointments in a row. When trying to reschedule or schedule other appointments they couldn’t see me for months (my membership was for one massage per month). Unfortunately, this caused me to cancel my membership. I understand that they are/were understaffed for quite sometime, but I couldn’t continue to spend money on a service I wasn’t receiving due to no fault of my own. I used to really enjoy my time here. Hopefully, this will be used as a learning experience.

I’ve been going for massage therapy for over 35 years and my last one retired. I tried Sensory Spa on the suggestion of a friend. I wanted to try them out before I went for any kind of membership. After my first massage, I asked for a different therapist as the one I was scheduled with was not a good fit for me. Apparently, if you are not a member, you’re not allowed to make requests. They kept scheduling me with the same person even though I said she didn’t work for me. When I asked for a refund for the rest of my prepaid sessions, they refused stating the cancellation was made within the 24 hour period even though I asked for another therapist 3 of the 4 sessions I scheduled, was told I’d have someone else, yet kept getting the same therapist who I didn’t like. No thank you…keep my money…I’ll go elsewhere.

This was the best massage I have ever had. The place is so unique, calming and welcoming. Melissa is the sweetest gal and very very knowledgeable. She is now my person and I hope one day she will be yours! Wow.. all I can say I wow.
