I had an amazing appointment. I had a Brazilian and some add ons and a mini vagical. Jessica is amazing and super nice. She is professional, clean and very sanitary. She explained the procedure, helped get me over my nervousness ans explained aftercare. A session with her is just like hanging out with a friend. This was my second session with her and I won’t go anywhere else. My next appointment is already booked. I definitely recommend Jessica. This was my first wax at the secret garden and it was definitely one of my best experiences at any waxing place ! I was waxed by Jessica and she was so sweet and welcoming, I’ve always had a hard time finding someone who can keep my eyebrow shape as well as never keeping them thick instead of very thin! I got serviced by Jessica and she’s amazing. I’ve been to many wax salons with many different people and there’s no one like her. I’ve had to stop going to these other places because the waxer was either to serious and wouldn’t talk or the place being nasty or the place being to far or hella booked. And after trying with so many I’m definitely staying with the secret garden with Jessica. She’s super sweet and overall does a good job with waxing. She’s quick and makes you feel comfortable. She listens to you and will give you advise with after care or any questions you have related to post wax etc. I recommend this place and Jessica 1000%. Oops almost forgot to add what blew my mind the most is that she actually maps out your brows and makes sure you like the shape and that it’s even before waxing and girllll brows came out looking perfect both brows the same lol when I tell you I’ve walked out salons with uneven brows but with Jessica that was not the case

You can tell shes a perfectionist and makes sure to get every single hair. The best part? They cater to the kitttyyyyy! By that I mean they offer other amazing treatments such as vagacials, jelly masks, led treatment, chemical peels etc. They also sell the best products to upkeep with kitty health and will not just try to sell you something for a fast buckkk. The genuineness shows and she has a client for life! I’m SUPER picky and stay consistent with my wax girl so I found her monthhhhsss before moving to polk county all the way from hawaii!
