They were so quick! I tried making a reservation for 1pm, however, the website glitched and it went to 1:30pm, I needed to be at another appointment before 2pm, so I went to the location and explained that I was trying for 1pm….they were able to get me in! I was out of my wax within a few minutes and in my way. They also gave me a discount because it was my birthday month. I was very happy with the entire experience and will definitely be going back. Oh they also called later to make sure I was OK, and happy with my wax.

Today was my very first Brazilian wax, I was scared out of my mind! I spoke to a girl by the name Sierra (a few different times) who was very comforting and sweet on the phone. She helped book the appointment and was very flexible and offered me an earlier appointment at my convince. (My original appt was at 5:30 and I didn’t wanna wait all day, she was able to bumped me to a 1 pm)

I can’t even describe just how special the people are who work here. They’re such wonderful human beings and they make you feel like you’re friends by the time you leave. I so appreciate this place’s commitment to supporting our LGBTQ+ community – they even made some really beautiful stickers with their logo and a huge metallic rainbow to give to people! These girls are literally the best. Not only do they do an amazing job on their services but they are just genuinely gorgeous humans. They always have a kind thing to say and every single time I leave feeling better and more confident then when I walked in. The receptionist was super nice.. that’s about the only good thing going for this establishment. I’m not sure if the waxer I had was new but she did not know how to wax properly… I had to ask her to go back and get hairs she missed that were obvious. She left oil on my eyebrows instead if wiping it off after. (which okay i get they do that normally but this is like an excess amount) She didn’t even get all the hair… (again never experienced that before bc the waxers and threaders i go to, know how to do their job) it Do not recommend this place.. not sure how they have such good reviews. The only reason I came here was because my threader was not available. $18 for a wax that wasn’t even done properly? NOT WORTH IT. Also when I asked her nicely to get a few hairs she missed she did, but roughly. I have never experienced such unprofessionalism in my life.
