Positive: QualityI love love love my lashes!! It’s very rare that I feel completely comfortable around a stranger providing a service so I’m usually quiet. But Yvonne has this way about her that makes me really feel comfortable that we actually talk the entire time I’m there.I leave in such a fantastic mood. She’s quick, and does a fabulous job!!! I love love love my lashes!! It’s very rare that I feel completely comfortable around a stranger providing a service so I’m usually quiet. But Yvonne has this way about her that makes me really feel comfortable that we actually talk the entire time I’m there.I leave in such a fantastic mood. She’s quick, and does a fabulous job!!! Critical: Quality, ValueI scheduled my daughter and niece for a teen queen for the day spa service, it should come with facial, massage, mani, pedi. I walked in no one greated us, even though there were ladies on the salon just sitting on their phones. I rang the bell and the front lobby lady, I think she is a manager, was really nice. That was the only good thing about this place. My daughter said the facial consisted of them putting a face scrub on and leaving it for 10 minutes, they both said the massage was not firm just basically a back rub. My niece did not get a mani because she had artificial nails, they didn’t charge me but if I knew all the spa did was paint the nails I would have schedule a nail appointment. My daughter’s nails were painted but they came out so bad, there is chips and dents like it was old or didn’t get a top coat. Lastly the girls smell so strong of perfume it’s overwhelming. This was a Bday gift to my daughter and she said she probably won’t ever do a spa day again. I scheduled my daughter and niece for a teen queen for the day spa service, it should come with facial, massage, mani, pedi. I walked in no one greated us, even though there were ladies on the salon just sitting on their phones. I rang the bell and the front lobby lady, I think she is a manager, was really nice. Critical: ValueMy 14 year old daughter received a queen teen spa . Considering this her 1st time to a day spa, she was not happy. Massage was ok, but the lady who did her facial left her face so oily and it was also all in her hair. It was horrible. She said the facial stuff they used smelled like car armoral. Then her foot pedicure, it didn’t feel like an actual pedicure. She said the ones she gets from the oriental places do 50 times better. All while using cheap products, Her legs broke out in some form of a rash! Then to her manicure. She called the week before and asked how much extra dipped nails would be and was told 25 dollars. The lady who did her manicure couldn’t even do the style or design she wanted. Then upon checking out, she was told it was 40 dollars more. Trust me, it wasn’t worth 40 dollars. And the kid they had working taking our money seemed to NOT care!! Will not be going here ever again! I’ll spend my 75 dollars with the oriental women that actually know what they are doing. My 14 year old daughter received a queen teen spa . Considering this her 1st time to a day spa, she was not happy. Massage was ok, but the lady who did her facial left her face so oily and it was also all in her hair. It was horrible. She said the facial stuff they used smelled like car armoral.
