Had the MOST amazing experience. From the moment entered the spa through my checkout…I felt so appreciated. I was greeted warmly with a smile and escorted to the locker room. Then escorted to a gorgeous meditation room where I was offered champagne to relax before my massage with Jen. I have to say, my massage was the best I’ve ever had. Jen concentrated on my problem areas and her hands were pure magic! I will be back monthly for sure. Thank you Jen and the entire Sawgrass Spa staff!

Sawgrass spa was exactly what I needed during my trip! I booked a massage and body wrap. Both services were done by Murial – she is FANTASTIC! I was very comfortable and the treatments were great. The spa also has a poolside cafe with light bites and a full bar if that’s how you relax 🙂 Each side of the spa had it’s own locker rooms, Jacuzzi, sauna and steam room. I’d HIGHLY recommend this spa!

I really expected them to more on point especially during TPC week. They seemed short staffed for treatments and customer service. They ran out pool towels and it took awhile for someone to refill it. Linda was a shining star, but she had to pull double duty going between the hotel and the spa. My masseuse was awesome too. I can’t remember her name and it wasn’t on any of the email confirmations. This makes it harder than it needs to be to rebook her or recommend her. The online booking system is great!

Privacy and tranquility in the ladies’ lounge. Everything I wanted; sauna, steam room, whirlpool, relaxation room all attended by excellent staff. The spa pool is peaceful for reading. Bijan served me a delicious salad and was very attentive. I will visit again!
