**Reply. I did not reach out because during my haircut my stylist shared with me about the other “fixes” or do overs that she had done or needed to do still. I didn’t think it was worth it but I did not think it would take this long to hide her mistakes.

When I made the appointment, I went into the salon to first inquire if anyone did a pixie undercut. The receptionist assured me that the stylist Heather did. When I arrived at the salon for my appointment, Heather was arriving. I asked her if she knew how to do a pixie with undercut. She said she did and asked if I had a picture. I showed her the picture on YouTube on my phone. I told the receptionist that I didn’t want yo be Heather’s guinea pig.

I’ve been seeing Heather for about 7 years without fail, so I think that’s telling in itself. Everyone here is professional, thorough, and talented. It’s so fun to walk into the busy salon and seeing the range of styles and colors that come out! Heather, the owner, is very thoughtful in terms of pairing up clients with the stylists who are best at the style/cut/color that’s been requested. Heather has been so willing to experiment on my hair with me (I’ve had blonde, brunette, balayage, and most recently – red!) and I love that she doesn’t hesitate to ask her fellow stylists for input. The stylists in this salon hold themselves 100% accountable for making sure you’re satisfied and will go out of their way to make you feel comfortable with your look, even if that means staying after hours.
