Such an amazing experience! I combined the infrared box sauna + lymphatic massage + red light therapy and made a lovely little afternoon out of it. It was my first time trying some of these therapies, and Rudy was so helpful. He completely guided me through the process and customized everything for my needs and areas of concern/focus. He is so kind and calming and informative – you can tell he loves what he does and it really makes the entire experience that much more welcoming and relaxing. The space itself is immaculately clean, beautifully decorated, and the equipment is all top of the line. I will definitely be back and can’t recommend enough!

Love this place! I’ve tried three of the services – the box sauna, the sauna pod, and the lymphatic drainage massage. Each of them was an amazing experience and I left feeling totally restored. It’s become an important part of my weekly recovery day from working out. If you get a membership, they give you a reusable water bottle and fill it with alkaline water every visit – such a nice touch!

I had a rough start to my morning and was so exhausted but after my time in the pod, I left the treatment feeling so rejuvenated and ready to take on the day. Hands down! The best sauna experience I’ve had. I came back 2 times within 3 days. The owner Rudy is very knowledgeable, explained everything and created a unique experience for me. I was in town for 5 days and found this place. Glad I did. From the ambiance, customer service, annd experience, if I could give it 10 stars I would. I tried the sauna pod. A MUST TRY!
