My color was white, consistant for age, Robert applied color, highlights and alittle magic to make me feel amazing. His artistry is present as he knows his business. His mild ,personality allows for your choices and his knowledge to get the best results.I did not feel rushed even though it was the end of his night , I have realized you get what you pay for and so I know the products to be quality ,the cost was really worth the service. LOVE what Louis did with my hair! I went to 2 major salons that were closer to where I live since Covid started. I had my first experience last night at sapphire. Everyone was so welcoming. And Camille, what can I say other than she is fabulous. She did an amazing job and listened to exactly what I wanted. I have lots of hair that is really curly. I have had more butcher haircuts then good (either they didn’t know what they were doing or just hated how much hair I have). So, being I found someone that did a fantastic job, was extremely professional, and kept a great conversation going I will definitely be back. I came home feeling wonderful about how I look with my hair. I will definitely be back and recommend Camille to anyone who wants to go there.

I have curly hair and almost every time I get it cut it comes out terrible. But the woman who cut my hair here did a great job. My color is also pretty messed up and she told me what she would do to fix it, going to schedule that and will update. I went here for a Playboy Brazilian wax. I was skeptical about going to somewhere new, but I knew Sapphire had a good report so I tried it out. I also couldn’t find many reviews about waxing from here so it was a shot in the dark. Also why I wanted to make a review, for others. Jen took care of me and she was amazing! She was nice, courteous and respectful. Made me feel comfortable. She did a quick, efficient, yet thoroughly amazing job! Not to mention the price was very reasonable. Will def be returning!
