Hands down the best salon in Baldwin county! I have been a client here for years. They’ve always had outstanding customer service. If i could give a 0 star I would. I will Not book a service ever again here. I had been waiting for almost 2 months for a haircut appointment I booked online, and the day of they decided to cancel my appointment because the lady went home sick. That was not the issue. The issue was that they did not place me first the next day o week. They called me three days later to tell me that I had to wait and get an appointment for 4 weeks later. Really? That’s the value customers get here 0. The other option was to get on a cancellation list, yes that’s right . I have never hear a place that does this to people.

The women at Sanctuary Salon were a dream to work with for my wedding. They had plenty of stylists/assistants on hand to do hair and makeup for myself and 7 other women in the bridal party. Plenty of space in the salon where we could relax and hang out while others were being worked on. They were friendly, outgoing, and talented with all of us extremely happy with our end products! I would most definitely use again!

My experience here was wonderful! I booked the Bridal Suite for the day of my wedding. We had the attention of all of the staff members. My 1 year old niece was with me and my bridal party, she was running around being a kid and it did not bother any of the stylists. They are all very nice to us and went above and beyond for us. Thank you Sanctuary Salon for making my wedding day amazing and stress free!

From the moment I walked in I was immediately greeted and taken care of the entire staff is very friendly. I had booked a consultation for extensions (for volume for my fine hair and longer length) with Kristy who was a doll, so very sweet and knew exactly what I was going for (even though I was so horrible at trying to explain and did not have a picture) she completely understood. When I went back to have them in, which was a week if not less later to my amazement, again the same wonderful treatment checking in. Kristy was so wonderful with my hair, the color blew me away, it was more than I could have imagined I was so pleased! Now for my fine hair we could not put much in there, but she did such a great job, it was much quicker than I expected, and when she cut it to blend it all, the layers were spot on. My extensions look like my real hair curly or straight and again the color is amazing! Overall Kristy did an amazing job and I will definitely be going back to The Sanctuary Salon, and Kristy, for anything I do with my hair! It such a great atmosphere, the staff is very sweet, and they absolutely know what they’re doing when it comes to hair! I always get compliments and I always refer them to Sanctuary Salon!
