It was also a very comforting environment and the experience was great! My girlfriend accidentally took my keys to work (left them in her purse) while I was at my appointment so Frankie offered to drive me to her work and back to get them! Frankie did some absolutely amazing work! He was very skilled and professional and his station was clean and organized. It was also a very comforting environment and the experience was great! My girlfriend accidentally took my keys to work (left them in her purse) while I was at my appointment so Frankie offered to drive me to her work and back to get them! Felt very comfortable and it was nice to go to an artist who could hold a conversation about really anything that was brought up! The other artist with the glasses was very nice as well as he came over and talked for a minute. I would highly recommend this young lady to anyone looking to get tattooed. Critical: ProfessionalismVery unorganized and unprofessional with how they offer their services. Both my friend and I were screwed over and did not get to have our tattoos done when we scheduled them. We had gone in and set up an appointment (booked over a month away) and even sent the artist the ideas for the tattoo. The artist seemed very interested in doing the tattoo and took the pictures and put us down for an appointment. When it came closer to our appointment time we contacted the artist to see if our appointment was still booked and to see if we could come and see the design for the tattoo before hand to make sure it was what we wanted. The artist never got back with us and we ended up having to find somewhere else to go. It was very unprofessional and rude considering we waiting over a month looking forward to this tattoo and we ended up having to start over the process and find somewhere else to go. I will not recommend this place to anyone.
