Best place for a cut! These guys are professional and laid back. They know how a barbershop should be run! Cuts run anywhere from $40-60 but are worth it in my opinion. They have a great core group of guys and even have visiting barbers.

After trying a few places on this side of the bay I couldn’t find a place that could cut my sonss hair as well as the place we used to go to in Oakland. The only reason I didn’t give the San Mateo zoo a try earlier was because I’m used to walk-ins..yeah sometimes u have to wait a couple hours but nobappt was necessary. Anyhow after reading reviews I decided to give it a try. I made an appt with James and he did an amazing job on my son Jordan. I’m so happy to have found a place right down the street from me that does a great job. They know how to cut and James did an excellent cut on my son. I will definitely be making another appt with james soon cause you really should make an appt a couple weeks ahead. Thank u for doing a great job!!!
