5 Session Sauna Pass
Using our Infrared Sauna is a safe and gentle way to detox the body, aid in repairing muscle damage, ease the pain of rheumatoid arthritis and so much more.		$90.00
60 Minute Float
In a zero gravity environment, allow your mind to completely let go, rest and relax. At The Salt Room Saginaw you will be floating in 1,100-1,400 pounds of medical grade Epsom salt that will make you feel like you are floating on air. By removing the force of gravity that pulls on the body and removing all distractions you can effortlessly get relief from PTSD, pain, anxiety/depression and so much more.		$50.00
Adult Session
Each salt therapy session at The Salt Room Saginaw is 45 minutes. You can read a book or even take a nap while relaxing to the calm background music playing in the room.		$45.00
Childrens Session
Children can also enjoy a 45 minute salt therapy session in a salt room designed specially for them. They can read, color or just play in the salt as they gain all the benefits salt therapy has to offer. One parent can also sit in the room with their child/children free of charge!		$20.00
Couples Float
In a zero gravity environment, allow your mind to completely let go, rest and relax. Single Massage Session
Enjoy a 30 minute massage on our new infrared massage beds! This is a combination of massage, chiropractic and acupressure work infused with infrared heat. Multiple jade rollers move slowly up and down the body from head to toe helping relieve pain, lowering blood pressure, reducing stress and improving lymphatic function.		$20.00
Single Sauna Session
Using our Infrared Sauna is a safe and gentle way to detox the body, aid in repairing muscle damage, ease the pain of rheumatoid arthritis and so much more. I called on Tuesday Aug 16 made appointment for Wednesday the 17th for 515pm. My co worker and I are walking to the doors and we’re told that they had to close early @3pm. Ok where was my phone call to cancel the appointment. Isn’t that why you take phone numbers down w/ appointments. Very unprofessional.

It is very difficult to get ahold of someone to make an appointment. I have also had a few appointments scheduled just to drive all the way there and find a note on the door saying they are closed, with no call to me letting me know they are closed and cannot see me for my appointment. I love the services they offer but it is extremely inconsistent and i never know if i make an appointment that they will follow through with it. I have a gift card I’ve been trying to use since Christmas and every time i make an appointment i find the building closed.

So far we’ve tried the jade roller massage table, which was fantastic and relaxing. Also tried the float, very relaxing, just amazing! If I’m being honest, the table gave better pain relief, the float was better stress relief!

I’ve used all their services. They are all awesome. Floating is phenomenal to help pain issues. Salt air room is definitely helping respiratory issues. I love their massage machine and sauna too. They are top quality products. Sometimes i got some deals from local websites. I recommend this place!!
