Amy has a beautiful salon. It is so warm and inviting. It smells great. It is a very calming and relaxing experience. My stylist Diedra is the best. Although I haven’t gone to the other ladies. They are always super nice and do a great job as well!

I started out going to Ashley who was awesome. When she left, I switched to Lexi. While Lexi was fine at her job, she is extremely quiet and doesn’t like to chat. I need someone who has a personality. So when I saw Katy started, I thought it would be a good time to go back and try again. I called and left a voicemail about 3 weeks ago with no call back.

I called TSW on a Monday trying to schedule a last minute appointment. I spoke to the owner, Amy and she was so accommodating. The salon and their accommodations were pleasant and professional. Amy and Dedra, my Stylist, answered any and all my questions, but more importantly my hair turned out beautiful. My color is true to my natural hair and my haircut falls beautifully! I scheduled a follow-up appointment with Dedra.

I used to go to Amy when she was in Hales Corners. I had no choice but to follow her to her own shop in Union Grove because she (and now Deidre) have been the best thing for my hair! I have very fine hair that was burned in the past (getting highlights) by colorists that didn’t get me and/or just treat everyone’s hair the same. NOT Amy and Deidre. They have worked very well together to get my hair back into great shape while still getting me to blonde. AND their prices are reasonable even using top of the line Aveda products. If you have coloring issues, It is well worth the trip!!

Deidre helped me decide on a new hair cut. I love it! I usually see Amy but had to get in at the last minute and they accommodated me. All the stylists are really fantastic, I’ve always had really great experiences there. Love the atomosphere!!!

I called to see if this Union Grove Salon listed on the internet would take me same day. An appointment was set and I arrived on time. Alexi took me to a chair and greeted me by name. We chatted about the business hours 8-8 and how long they had been in business. Six years. I heard someone else talking about Brazilian and asked if they had tanning, my daughter that just moved to Union Grove loves tanning to relax. They have massage but not tanning since they are all natural I was told. Alexi was very polite when I told her how I got frustrated with my bangs and cut them myself. She fixed them by straitening and thinning them out making them look wispy. When I told her I thought one side was more wispy than the other she smiled and proceeded to thin the area. She provided a very relaxing wash then blow dried. I was done in 30 minutes. Very nice experience.
