I went for a highlight on Friday and 3 hrs later I was asked if I could come back on Tuesday to try and repeat an all over color? Saturday recv’d a msg from Mgr Alex that my appointment had been canceled and the salon wasn’t going to do anything for the unprofessional condition they left my hair in. I should’ve been suspicious when the stylists sister told me how her sister (stylists doing my hair) use to mess her hair up all the time !!!

I have had amazing service at the Salon and Spa at Greenbriar. Michelle and her team are the most friendly bunch of people I’ve ever met. It’s amazing how they all remember my name and conversations we’ve had together. You can tell that they really care about their customers. They treat me like family (in every sense of that word). My hair always looks great when I leave, and I feel so much more relaxed after visiting the Greenbriar. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

A wonderful hair salon and spa! My first visit for a cut and style. The inside is so relaxing, and the receptionist was very nice. My stylist, MK was a delight, very sweet and asked questions to make sure she understood what I wanted done, I always have a picture handy. She started off with a very relaxing head, neck and shoulder mini-massage. The shampoo station was very comfortable, no sore necks here, again very relaxing.

I’ve been seeing Michelle for about 1 1/2 years now and she never lets me down. My very first visit I had her cut all my hair off into a pixie cut. I just had confidence she could do it after I read her reviews and she did not disappoint! She is great at color as well!! LOVE THIS SALON!! I get compliments on my hair all the time and I would recommend them to anyone!!

Love this Salon. It’s so nice to be able to relax and have “me” time. They do their best to see to it your experience is one of a kind. I have never had to wait for my scheduled appointment.
