They are both not only amazing hair stylists but so friendly, caring and accommodating, they make you feel very welcome. Rachel mostly does my hair, I love how she listens to what I want done and offers her recommendations (which I always take because she’s amazing), and takes her time. I have NEVER left here unhappy with my hair. I will never go anywhere else. All of the girls here are absolutely amazing! I get my hair done by Rachel and Hannah. They are both not only amazing hair stylists but so friendly, caring and accommodating, they make you feel very welcome. Rachel mostly does my hair, I love how she listens to what I want done and offers her recommendations (which I always take because she’s amazing), and takes her time. I worked with Val for my wedding hair and makeup, plus my bridesmaids and the moms, and her and her team did SUCH amazing work!! She was fantastic to work with. I can’t get over how flawless she made me look and feel! I’m not typically a hair and makeup kind of person, so I let her select what would look good on me. I fell in love with the lip color and way she did my eyes! Even during the hair and makeup trial she completely brought my vision and inspiration to life! We went to the salon for our services (even though they travel, too!) and we had such a fun time at their cute location. Brought in breakfast snacks, smoothies from next door, and bubbly. The salon is clean, the ladies working are very welcoming, and everyone knows what they’re doing. They make the service enjoyable! I recommend this salon to everyone! I have been getting my hair professionally done for about 7 years now. The past 3 years I have strictly been going to the Paul Mitchell Salon on Rochester and refuse to go anywhere else. The team is so friendly and welcoming in addition to being great colorists/stylists.
