My last visit cost me a pretty penny, she messed up my color and botched my cut; when I called to see if they could fix my color I was told that all 10 stylist didn’t want to fix my hair because of 1 late call cancel (I’m in medical so sometimes I have to work a critical shifts no matter what), when I told him I would like my money back if no one will fix it his words were “since you called late last time I think it’s only fair you don’t get a refund” I’m sorry what? I paid over $200 for it to only get messed up and they wanted to keep my money. I went back and forth for a little with the owner till he finally agrees to HALF of a refund. The top of my head is gold, and the rest is a platinum blond. Anyone would be upset.
