I have gone to this salon for a while and they’ve done a great job until this last appointment. They did not color my hair to my hair goal on my first appointment due to how fragile my hair was – which they did not make clear to me originally- but then said when i went back for a second correction appointment that if i deep conditioned for two weeks they could make me much closer to my goal blonde. If this option was presented to me I would have deep conditioned before getting any work done. Some hair goals aren’t attainable but this one could have been. 4 people have made comments about my hair not looking like my typical “barbie” blonde look. While I appreciate Kenneth’s attempt to resolve my issue (giving me a product), I have texted everyone I have previously recommended to not get service here and am now going to different salons to get consults on how to achieve the same exact look i’ve had for over 7 years. (UPDATE: 2 days later got my hair fixed at a different salon- looks great now) Professional, lovey people working here. They handled my problem professionally and with great positivity and kindness. However, I do not recommend my stylist Catie if she can not be transparent in a professional setting if I am paying to look a certain way and don’t receive that. I feel unconfident and ugly- which no one should feel after getting their hair done. In the future I hope they can be more clear and transparent so clients can know what to better expect walking out of their salon. For the first time in my life I refuse to even tip for this service. I asked for a partial refund to get service elsewhere and did not receive that.

Came here in a state of emergency due to extremely bad and horrifying haircut of the previous day. I was in a panic about my appearance and nervous to be trying a new place. Katie calmed me almost immediately and grasped my situation in a highly intelligent, honest, and professional manner. My hair was fixed in an hour. I was extremely grateful and will be back. Plus the salon is an easy breezy vibe and very pleasant to be in there.
