They do not listen. After cutting my hair into an uneven bob with lots of weird, choppy layers, she told me there was no way to fix it/even it out because that’s just how my hair lays (um, what? My hair is straight as a board) Finally the salon manager came over, very irritated at our arguing and fixed in in about 5 minutes. She seriously only had to re-wet it and was able to get a nice straight line. Ridiculous.

When I asked her to go back she did two new strips and didn’t get the root on that either. Then she made me get on my hands and knees to rinse the two strands. Worst experience ever!! My cut and color are horrible. She didn’t bleach up to my roots. When I asked her to go back she did two new strips and didn’t get the root on that either. Then she made me get on my hands and knees to rinse the two strands. Then didn’t tone the two strands like she did the rest of the head. This salon is the worst I’ve ever been to. They do not know how to listen to the customer and when they do you don’t know what you’re talking about. I was told that I couldn’t get the look I asked for because it wasn’t possible. So they ruined my hair. I went to another salon to get it fixed. Please, don’t go here if you value your hair!

I love my stylist and the service I get when I go there. I recently did some highlights and it was perfectly done, because I wanted a natural look. I don’t have to book months in advance my booked time is respected and I receive exclusive attention. Recently they added wifi to the location what makes my time in the chair be much more enjoyable. I liked a stylist who cut my hair and told her I would be back for highlights. I called to get her schedule and waited a couple days so that I could I have her as my stylist. They tell me to come in at four so I did and another girl said I’m doing your highlights and I said no I asked for a different stylist she said oh I thought you were a request. Well she’s busy come back in 15 minutes .

I was originally told getting my hair washed and cut would be $22 so I made an appt for later that day when there was an opening. I came back and was with a different stylist. I felt she was rushing the entire time because it was back to school and they were busy. She asked if I have children and I said yes my daughter passed away in April. She was insensitive with her response (which I know many people wouldn’t know how to respond to that). She seemed distracted. She Didn’t wash my hair or style it and it cost $35 because she is a “master”. This is my first and last time giving this salon a try.

I took my son to get his haircut here not only did she mess it up beyond recognition she used a cape that looked very dirty and she was shaking the whole time while cutting his hair. She didn’t even ask if everything looked good. I pointed out the hair she left at the back of his neck and she said she couldn’t get it because it was tricky. I will never return here again. His haircut looked like a zig zag staircase all over the top, took him in to another salon to fix it.I would not recommend this place to anyone for any service. I would not recommend this place to anyone for any service. I took my son to get his haircut here not only did she mess it up beyond recognition she used a cape that looked very dirty and she was shaking the whole time while cutting his hair. My sister got her hair dyed here. They did a horrible job, and then refused to fix it without charging the same price again. We ended up going to the hair school to fix it and THEY did a better job. It’s rediculous that we paid $200 for hair at JCP and $40 at the hair school and the hair school did better. Do not get your hair dyed here!

Had my hair done by Saneida today at the salon. Simply amazing!! This stylist has a vision for everyone’s hair and it always comes out right. She looks at your hair, sees what’s wrong or how it needs to be shaped, shows you why and how she’s going to do it…and she does it!! Nothing short of amazing. Highly recommend Saneida!!!
